Library Expands Digital Resources

Torrance Public Library has significantly expanded its digital offerings, adding thousands of new e-books and audiobooks to its collection. Cardholders can now access expanded magazine subscriptions, streaming video services, and online learning platforms at no cost.

New resources include language learning software, career development tools, and children's educational content. The digital collection complements physical materials and provides 24/7 access from home. All that's required is a valid Torrance library card.

The expansion was funded through a combination of city budget allocations and state library grants. Library staff are available to help residents navigate the new digital resources and troubleshoot access issues.
