2026 Armed Forces Day details have shifted.

  1. The City says the 64th Annual Armed Forces Day Celebration returns May 15–17, 2026, with several notable changes: the military equipment and vehicle displays move to Torrance City Yard, 20500 Madrona Avenue; a Park-and-Ride shuttle will operate from the Torrance Regional Transit Center; and the 5K Run/Walk has a new start location at Maple Avenue & Civic Center Drive on May 16 at 8 a.m. The main event page also says road-closure details are still to come, so this is worth monitoring as a future traffic alert.
