myTorranceCA mobile app launched

Torrance officials unveiled myTorranceCA, a mobile app enabling residents to report potholes, streetlight outages, and graffiti; pay utility bills; and receive targeted city notifications. The app routes requests directly to the right department and lets residents track status updates in real time. The launch includes in‑app guides and a help center for new users.
