Torrance Passport Pilot Program |
City invites residents to explore local businesses and cultural sites - collect stamps for prizes and discounts. |
Torrance’s new Passport pilot invites residents to rediscover the city by collecting stamps at participating shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. Residents can pick up a physical passport at designated city locations or join the digital program to track visits on their phones.
Each completed stamp entry earns eligibility for prize drawings and special offers from local partners, organizers said. The pilot aims to drive foot traffic to neighborhood retailers, highlight lesser‑known cultural venues, and reward residents for exploring Torrance.
City staff will publish a list of participating businesses and pickup points online, and plan to evaluate participation data after the pilot to expand partner offerings in future rounds. Take a weekend to visit a new spot and help support local small businesses.
