The City of Torrance says its Citizen Concern process can be used to report issues related to city operations, services, events, and neighbor or community conflicts. The City Manager’s Office accepts concerns through an online portal, by mail, or by phone at (310) 618-5880.
For possible municipal code violations, the city’s Environmental Division responds to complaints involving property maintenance and nuisance codes, community and airport noise codes, inoperative vehicles, weed abatement, zoning, and land-use violations.
