Phantasma Arts is bringing a new creative voice to the Torrance arts scene.
The organization describes itself as a place where visual and performing art can live and grow side by side. Its mission is to create theatre that blurs the line between discipline, experience level, and form, with work rooted in live performance but expanding into visual art and education.
