Torrance Moves Council Agendas and Meeting Records to OneMeeting

Residents can now find City Council agendas, minutes, and recordings through the city’s legislative management system.

orrance residents who want to keep an eye on City Hall should know about a useful update to the city’s meeting records.

The City of Torrance says City Council agendas, minutes, and meeting recordings are now available through OneMeeting, the city’s legislative management system. During the transition, the city says it will continue providing access to older agendas, minutes, videos, and records through Granicus, the previous meeting system, while historical records are migrated.

For residents, this matters because City Council decisions affect local services, land use, city spending, public safety, parks, roads, business rules, and neighborhood issues. Having one clear place to review meeting materials makes it easier to see what is being discussed before a meeting and what action was taken afterward.

Residents can use the meeting page to check upcoming agendas, review past minutes, and watch recordings when they cannot attend in person.
