Korean Beauty Giant Olive Young Is Headed to Del Amo

A major name in Korean beauty appears to be headed to Torrance.

Olive Young, South Korea’s largest beauty retailer, is reportedly planning a new location at Del Amo Fashion Center this fall. The Torrance store would follow the brand’s first U.S. flagship opening in Pasadena and another Southern California location at Westfield Century City.

For Torrance shoppers, the arrival would add another trendy retail draw to Del Amo, especially for fans of Korean skin care, sunscreen, cosmetics, and beauty products. K-beauty has become a major retail category in the United States, and Olive Young’s U.S. expansion has already attracted long lines and strong customer interest.

If the Del Amo location opens as planned, it could give Torrance another high-interest shopping destination and strengthen the mall’s role as a major South Bay retail hub.
