TOCApalooza Brings a Full Arts Festival to Torrance

A major arts festival is coming back to Torrance later this month.

TOCApalooza 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, located at 3330 Civic Center Drive. The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation describes the event as an all-day Festival of the Arts featuring live entertainment, art vendors, exhibits, food, drinks, and hands-on creative activities for families.

The event is designed to bring together artists, performers, families, food lovers, and community members for a full day of activity across the Cultural Arts Center campus. Organizers say the festival includes three stages, a vibrant art exhibition, unique vendors, and family art fun.

For Torrance residents, TOCApalooza is more than a weekend outing. It highlights the city’s growing arts scene and gives locals a reason to gather around music, visual art, food, and community creativity without leaving town.

The event is listed as free to attend, with a paid VIP option also available.
