Cellador Ales Gives Torrance a Barrel-House Beer Experience

For Torrance beer fans looking beyond the usual taproom routine, Cellador Ales offers something more specialized.

The brewery’s Barrel House is located at 1879 Del Amo Boulevard and focuses on unique oak barrel-fermented ales. That gives it a different personality from a standard beer stop, with more emphasis on slow fermentation, special releases, curated tap lists, and bottle-shop style discovery.

Cellador also hosts events that bring people into the space for special pours and casual food pairings. Its upcoming Syndicate First Sunday on July 5 includes a curated tap list, unreleased previews, and the VCHOS Pupusa Truck.
