Torrance residents planning a City Hall errand should note a closure this week.

The City of Torrance lists City Hall as closed Friday, June 26, 2026, as part of its 9/80 work schedule. City Hall is open nine days over a two-week period and closed every other Friday.

That matters for residents who need in-person help with permits, payments, public records, city forms, department questions, or other city services. Before making a trip, check whether the service can be handled online or wait until the next open business day.

A simple calendar check can save residents a wasted drive.
