Torrance library users should plan around the upcoming Independence Day closure.

Torrance Public Library lists all Torrance libraries as closed for Independence Day on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 2026. That includes residents who rely on the library for books, holds, computer access, printing, study space, children’s materials, and other services.

For families heading into the long holiday weekend, this is a good reminder to pick up holds, return items, or grab reading material before the closure dates.

Digital resources may still be available, but anyone needing in-person service should check the library calendar before heading out.
