A new dining option has arrived inside one of Torrance’s most familiar hotels.

JANA Mediterranean Coastal is located inside the DoubleTree Hotel Torrance at 21333 Hawthorne Boulevard. The restaurant describes itself as inspired by the Amalfi Coast, with Mediterranean flavors, global influences, California ingredients, wine, cocktails, and a refined coastal atmosphere.

Discover Torrance says the restaurant is guided by seasonal local farmers market inspiration and led by Executive Chef Christopher Lin. JANA’s own site highlights guest favorites including Mediterranean Branzino, Crispy Chicken Skewers, and Kona Kampachi Crudo.
