Families looking for an easy weekday outing can head to North Torrance Library on Wednesday, July 8, for a free magic show with Christopher T. Magician.

The performance begins at 2 p.m. at North Torrance Library, located at 3604 Artesia Boulevard. Torrance Public Library describes the program as an “awesome, not-so-traditional magic show,” making it a good fit for kids, families, and anyone who wants a lighthearted summer break from the usual routine.

Library events are especially useful during summer because they offer something local, low-cost, and easy to plan around. This one checks all three boxes: free entertainment, a convenient neighborhood library setting, and a little surprise built into the afternoon.
