Pasta e Pasta by Allegro Brings Japanese-Italian Flair to Torrance

A newer PCH spot gives pasta night a refined Tokyo twist.

Torrance has a newer pasta destination with a very different point of view.

Pasta e Pasta by Allegro, located at 3629 Pacific Coast Highway, brings Japanese-Italian fusion to the South Bay, with pastas built around ingredients like sea urchin, cod roe, squid ink, seafood, garlic oil, cream sauces, and Japanese-style flavor profiles. Eater Los Angeles noted that the Torrance location had recently opened and highlighted the mentai cream pasta as a standout dish.

This is not a white-tablecloth fine dining room, but it absolutely belongs in an elevated dining week because the food feels special. It is the kind of place readers might choose when they want something more distinctive than a standard Italian dinner, but still relaxed enough for a casual Torrance night out.

For pasta lovers, seafood fans, or anyone curious about Japanese-style spaghetti, this is one of the more interesting newer food stops in Torrance.
