PCH Lane Closures Continue Between Pennsylvania and Palos Verdes

Torrance drivers should keep watching for nighttime construction impacts along Pacific Coast Highway.

The City of Torrance says multiple lane closures may occur on PCH between Pennsylvania Avenue and Palos Verdes Boulevard through Friday, October 30, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The project includes pavement rehabilitation, ADA curb ramp upgrades, bus pads, sidewalks, bike lanes, gutter and drainage improvements, and new lane striping.

Residents and nearby businesses may experience noise, vibration, grinding, posted detours, and delays. The city says the schedule is weather permitting and subject to change, so drivers should allow extra time or use alternate routes when possible.
