Stories, language, and a little sleight of hand come together this Thursday at Southeast Library.

La Hora Mágica de Español con Blanca Soriano begins at 4 p.m. July 16 and invites children to explore Spanish folklore through a bilingual mix of rhymes, finger plays, and playful magic.

The program is designed to make language learning feel lively and approachable. Rather than presenting Spanish through formal instruction, the event uses sound, movement, storytelling, and audience participation to help children engage naturally.

Soriano will also introduce young attendees to kid-friendly magic tricks, adding an extra element of surprise to the afternoon.
