ABBA LA Brings a Disco Party to Wilson Park |
The free Torrance Summer Nights concert invites fans to sing and dance along with the music of one of pop’s most recognizable groups. |

Torrance Summer Nights is turning Wilson Park into a disco celebration when ABBA LA performs on Saturday, August 1.
The tribute band will deliver a concert built around the best-known songs of ABBA, the Swedish pop group whose catalog continues to attract generations of listeners.
The free performance runs from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Wilson Park Amphitheatre, located at 2200 Crenshaw Boulevard. The amphitheatre sits behind the park’s Splash Pad.
Audience members are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and settle in for an outdoor evening of music. The concert is family-friendly, and admission is open to everyone.
ABBA’s combination of soaring melodies, dance-floor rhythms, and instantly recognizable choruses makes this one of the season’s more participatory concerts. Even attendees who do not consider themselves dedicated fans are likely to recognize songs from movies, stage productions, radio, and popular culture.
The show is part of Torrance Summer Nights, the City’s free seasonal entertainment series featuring concerts, performances, movies, and community activities throughout the summer.
No ticket purchase is listed for the performance, but arriving early may help attendees secure a preferred viewing spot near the Amphitheatre.
