$14.7 Million Torrance Industrial Property Changes Hands |
A newly purchased industrial building is already headed toward full occupancy |

Torrance's industrial real-estate market just recorded a sizable transaction.
Terreno Realty Corporation announced that it acquired an industrial property in Torrance on August 7 for approximately $14.7 million. The company specializes in industrial real estate in major coastal markets, including Los Angeles.
The deal becomes more interesting because the property is not expected to sit empty. Terreno said it has executed a lease for 100 percent of the building beginning in December 2026.
Industrial real estate does not always attract the attention that a new shopping center or apartment project receives, but it remains an important part of Torrance's economy. The city has long maintained a substantial manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, and industrial employment base.
The new acquisition is another indication that commercial investors continue to view Torrance as an attractive location within the Los Angeles industrial market.
