Another major Asian food-and-beverage brand is heading to Torrance.

AUNTEA JENNY is officially listed as “Coming Soon” at Del Amo Fashion Center, according to the mall’s current store directory.

This is not a small regional tea chain.

Simon describes AUNTEA JENNY as one of China’s leading mid-priced freshly brewed tea brands, with more than 8,000 stores in over 300 cities as of May 2024, including expansion beyond China.

The brand focuses on freshly brewed tea drinks rather than conventional American-style coffeehouse beverages. Its offerings are built around tea, milk tea, fruit-forward drinks and other contemporary Chinese tea-shop creations.

Simon is already promoting the Torrance arrival as one of the brands “Headed Your Way” at Del Amo Fashion Center.

An exact opening date has not yet been posted, so this remains a coming-soon story rather than an opening announcement.

Still, the choice of Torrance is noteworthy.

Del Amo has steadily become a landing spot for international and Asian dining concepts, and the surrounding Torrance community already supports an unusually deep collection of Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and other Asian restaurants and beverage shops.

AUNTEA JENNY will now add another major international name to that mix.
