Torrance Art Museum will reopen to the public Saturday night with an opening reception for its Fall 2026 exhibitions. The museum says the event runs September 19 from 6 to 9 p.m., with two featured shows: Baker’s Dozen 2026, a survey of thirteen artists making an impression on the curators, and B-LA-M, a cross-city exchange involving artist-run initiatives from Berlin, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

The museum is located at 3320 Civic Center Drive and admission is free, making this one of the easiest no-ticket cultural outings of the weekend. For readers who enjoy contemporary art, this is a strong excuse to spend a Saturday evening in the Civic Center area and see what’s new on Torrance’s art scene.
