Torrance-Headquartered EP Wealth Keeps Expanding |
Leadership changes accompany growth to more than $50 billion under management |

A financial company headquartered in Torrance has quietly grown into a sizable national operation.
EP Wealth Advisors announced several senior leadership changes last week, including the appointment of John McConnell as chief financial officer and the promotion of Erin Voisin to chief client solutions officer.
The changes are part of a broader expansion involving operations, technology, regional leadership and governance as the company continues growing nationally.
EP Wealth says it now manages more than $50.4 billion in assets, with more than 65 offices across 23 states. The firm remains headquartered in Torrance and traces its history back more than 25 years.
That scale makes EP Wealth an interesting part of Torrance’s business landscape. The city is often associated with aerospace, automobiles, manufacturing and healthcare, but it is also home base for businesses whose reach extends far beyond Southern California.
The latest appointments are primarily corporate news, but the numbers behind them show just how large one Torrance-headquartered financial firm has become.
