Raise a Glass—and Help Local Theater Grow |
Live music, craft beer and a silent auction support South Bay performers Sunday |
Sunday afternoon brings together several things Torrance does particularly well: local beer, local artists and a local cause.
Raked Stage Productions is hosting Raise a Glass for Theater Arts on Sunday, September 13, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Scholb Premium Ales, 2964 Columbia Street.
The afternoon will include live music, food, craft beer, a silent auction, opportunity drawings and previews of what Raked Stage Productions has planned next.
Raked Stage is a South Bay nonprofit theater company working to create more opportunities for local writers, actors and artists. Proceeds from Sunday’s event will help fund its 2026–27 season.
That means this is both a fundraiser and an easygoing Sunday outing: grab something to eat, hear some music, enjoy a Torrance-brewed beer and help another piece of the South Bay arts scene get its next production onto the stage.
