Next, I paste the article Title in the Main Article Headline section of the article template. Next on the right is the Article Summary section, below in the SEO SETTINGS section, in the SEO Title box I paste the article title. Below that in the Description box is where I paste the Sub Heading. Two spots below that in the Keywords section is where I paste the 3-keywords and click ENTER. Next in the article template at the bottom I click on the Text Section which will open an options box. In that box I click <> which will open a Source Code window. This is where I paste the HTML article where it says Text Section and click Save.
